I am Head of Research responsible for producing thought pieces and conducting research and modelling in support of portfolio strategies. I also review technical reporting and regulatory compliance across portfolio and target companies as well as conducting due diligence in respect of specific investment opportunities.
Joined Kestrel in 2015. Previously 12 years as CFO, then CEO, of Gresham Technologies plc, where I led the restructuring: delivering on the strategy of building and selling a new software product and took Gresham’s market cap from £5m to £60m.
I qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young and spent 13 years in practice.
