Oliver Scott

I founded Kestrel Partners in 2009 with Max Royde , who I have worked with since 1998.  As Managing Partners we are principally responsible for the firm and our colleagues. Together we source the best investment ideas and structure the most suitable vehicles for new investments, whilst also driving the strategic improvement of investee companies – both as a minority investor and board member.

I am currently on the board of K3 Business Technology Group plc and Redcentric plc. Previous board positions include Gresham Technologies plc,  Idox plc, IQGeo Group, and KBC Advanced Technology plc.

Prior to Kestrel I was a Director of Corporate Finance at Peel Hunt, where I was lead adviser on public market ECM and M&A transactions.
