Seb White has been an Investment Director at Kestrel since 2017, where he plays a key role in identifying opportunities, analysing businesses and shaping investment decisions. Seb also oversees the trading functions at Kestrel.
Before Kestrel, Seb spent 14 years as Head of Corporate Development at Alternative Networks plc, an AIM‑listed communications and hosting provider. There, he led business planning, M&A execution, commercial due diligence and post‑acquisition integration, helping steer the company through a period of sustained growth and strategic change.
