David Prance

As Chief Financial Officer I report to the Board in relation to the company’s finances and liaise with our Head of Finance in relation to day-today issues. As Compliance Officer I am responsible for all day-to-day Compliance matters and Compliance Monitoring. In addition to these roles, I manage the relationships with our clients’ service providers and our Operations and IT outsourced providers.

Joined Kestrel in 2015 as Head of Compliance, and appointed CFO in 2016. Prior to joining Kestrel, I was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer at a London-based hedge fund management firm.

I’ve over 20 years experience in fund management specialising in finance, operational and compliance roles across multiple jurisdictions. I qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells.
