These Terms and Conditions shall not exclude or restrict any liability under the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (“the FCA Rules”) or the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) or any successor rules or legislation. If you wish to take your complaint further you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
