Oliver Scott is appointed to the board of Redcentric PLC

Kestrel announces that Oliver Scott has been appointed to the Board of Redcentric plc as a Non-Executive Director. Redcentric is an IT managed service provider delivering highly available network, cloud and collaboration solutions to UK based public and private sector organisations. The Company is quoted on AIM and has an Enterprise Value of c.£250 million. Kestrel control’s c.20% of Redcentric’s share capital.
