Max Royde appointed to the board of Pulsar Group plc

Kestrel Partners announces that Max Royde has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Pulsar Group plc, quoted on AIM, the provider of SaaS solutions for the global marketing and communications industries. Kestrel has control over approximately 28% of Pulsar’s issued share capital.
