Max Royde appointed to the board of CentralNic Group plc

Kestrel Partners announces that Max Royde has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of CentralNic Group plc, quoted on AIM, the global internet platform that derives revenue from the subscription sales of domain names and web services. Kestrel has control over approximately 23% of CentralNic’s issued share capital.
