Kestrel exits its holding in IMImobile generating an IRR of 31%


Kestrel announces that is has fully exited its holding in IMImobile on behalf of its client, the Kestrel Opportunities fund (“KOF”). The exit crystalises a £5.0m profit for KOF yielding a return on invested capital of 1.72x and an IRR of 31%. Having first invested in IMImobile in April 2015, Kestrel backed the Company over the following three years as it grew organically and by acquisition. Kestrel continues to believe that IMImobile is an excellent business and wishes it success for the future.
