Max Royde is appointed to the board of IQGeo Group plc

Kestrel Partners announces that Max Royde has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the board of AIM quoted company IQGeo Group plc (formerly Ubisense Group plc). Mr Royde replaces Oliver Scott, who concurrently steps down as Non-Executive Director. Kestrel Partners LLP holds 11,671,617 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 23.6% of the Company’s issued share capital.
